Needs ideas for monster / creep system for my map.

I'm in a big dilemma on my map (hero arena) on what creep spawning system to use. My map has 6 teams of 2 players. My map has over 60 monsters types and over 30 bosses.

What would be the ideal spawning system to use?

One spawning system is dividing the game in sections. Like spawning Unit type 1 and when all unit 1 is gone spawn unit type 2.

But yeah if you had a map with 60 monsters, 30 bosses and 5 overlords (strongest of all bosses) how would you implement it towards your hero arena game?
