Hi, i would like to know how to set trigger whereby a unit stays on a beacon for a countdown of 40 secs to win, and if it's dead or is out of the beacon when trying to attempt that, the countdown resets and will activate again when it goes on the beacon again.

u could try setting them to win when the timer is on 1 so you could use this:

Current player brings at least 1 _-_-_- to _-_-_-
ACTIONS
Set timer to 40 seconds
Preserve trigger

CONDITIONS
Current player commands exactly 0 units at _-_-_-_
ACTIONS
Set timer to 0 seconds.

i think it doesnt work but try it adding or removing some triggers

somehow when my timer reached 1 i still did not win.
my trigger is:

Condition:
Current player brings at least 1 any unit to "location"
Actions:
Set countdown timer to 41 secs

Condition:
Current player brings exactly 0 units to "location"
Actions:
Modify countdown timer to 0 secs

Condition:
Countdown timer is 1 secs
Action:
End scenario in victory for current player

On the third trigger, try changing exact to at most 1 game seconds.

you've got his problem wrong

sorry, but i think you're oversighting the real problem

hey, what your problem is, you need to fire on enemies in the map, otherwise it becomes a draw so that you don't basically make an "always:victory" style map
