Try reinstalling NewGen.
Remember to backup anything important (Maybe customized TESH colors?) .

What you mean? I don't know what's Tesh and for now, I don't care.

NewGen doesn't need to be installed...

Reinstall NewGen.
And if you don't know what TESH is don't worry about it.
Just delete your NewGen folder and reinstall (Do a fresh download of it too) .

Are you sure you deleted everything to do with NewGen when you reinstalled?
And you redownloaded it and not just used your previous already downloaded installer?

Use Ctrl+Shift+Esc, it's an easier way to task manager in Vista.

When you get to the processes tab, select one, press 'w', then if worldedit121.exe is not there, I have no idea what's wrong.

In task manager, click "Show processes for all users" or something like that, at the bottom of the Processes window. THEN look for worldeditor121.exe (or anything that has worldeditor in it) and remove it.
