I'm making an ability for a Crypt Fiend hero.
It should work as following:
The hero targets an AoE, then it burrows on the ground. Then the "unburrow" ability should move the hero to the center of the targeted AoE, and then just some stun effect.
When the hero is burrowed, it can't move, cast spells or attack, and it's invisible.
I'm skilled enough to do this, so no "do something simplier" or some sh*t like that.
I know JASS, and I'm making this full map in JASS.
I'm not looking for anyone to make the spell for me, just some guidelines, because my problems are these:
- If I use the burrow ability, I can't make the "aoe target"
- If I use some dummy ability with aoe target, then disabling movement, spells and attack could be tricky and easily abused somehow.
- If I combine a dummy ability, then save the target point with local handles (I'm using kattana's), then add the burrow ability, order to use burrow and so on, I'm afraid of bugs with the replaced units and such.
So, anyone has ideas for this?
