[Problem] Once a while the hero disappeared when killed, and unable to revive

I tried my map with others 5v5, most of the time the heroes got killed and respawn without problem, but once a while someone's hero got killed and disappeared after the death animation, and unable to respawn. As I observed, this is rare but happened to different players - and the player's hero icon at the top left was removed as well.

I have been cracking my head and looking through all my triggers (including Hero Death triggers) and dont find any clue.

Anyone can help give suggestions as to what is possibly the source of the problem will be appreciated. THANKS

Try posting those hero death triggers. Makes it a lot easier to help

Anything that uses the action Remove unit could be a problem.

Perhaps long waits in your trigger, while in the meantime other unit death triggers have been run.

He said about the icon being removed.. Then that wouldn't be it eventually..

Still waiting for the trigger.
