Yo, I'm having trouble with the spell description...
It's like this: I have a skill called Frost Bolt(based from Storm Bolt) and it's supposed to stun the enemy..and then slow. I edited all the stats and data and stuff. Changed the tool-tips to compensate(spelling o_O) for the custom skill level and the new damage+slow. Basically changed the description. When I tested the game and tried to learn Frost Bolt, the spell name "Storm Bolt" did change into "Frost Bolt" but the effect description was still the same. e.g. "Level 1: Does 175 damage and stuns for 5 secs. 75 mana cost". But the description in the editor was "Level 1: Does 75 damage and slows and stuns for 1.75 secs. 70 mana cost".

My question is: How do i change it so that the in-game description describes the skill exactly as I want it?

You need to make sure you gave that ability to your hero, and not the regular storm bolt by accident ^^

Okay. I did what you said. I changed that certain tool tip and kept the <Ahtb,DataA1>. I edited a Level 4 one cuz the skill is up to level 4. <AHtb,DataA4>. This is my description for the lvl 3(tooltip-normal-extended): "Polar Knight throws an enchanted icicle at the enemy, dealing <AHtb,DataA3> damage and stunning and slowing the target for <AHtb,Dur3> seconds."

My Data Damage for level 3 is: 210 and Duration time is: 2.50

But I tested it in the game again and even though theres a level 4 now...it's still: Level 1: 100dmg 5sec stun (but i wrote 50dmg 1.75sec stun)
Level 2: 225dmg 5sec stun (wrote 120dmg 2sec stun)
Level 3: 350dmg 5sec stun (wrote 250 stun 2.50sec stun)
Level 4: 300dmg 5sec stun (wrote 300dmg 3sec stun)

I can see that the in-game description is still in defaults.
I don't know what to dooo!!!

That's because AHtb is the default spell. You need to use the rawcode of your custom ability - pick View > Display Values As Raw Data and look for the code of your custom ability (probably something like A009). Substitute that for AHtb.

->this is the description of stormbolt lvl 1
Code:
Throws a magical hammer at a target enemy unit,
dealing <ANsb,DataA1> damage
and stunning the target for <ANsb,Dur1> seconds.

->ANsb represents the raw code of the ability which can be found this way:
> open object editor
> find your ability
> press CTRL+D
> your custom ability will have code like this "AXXX:ANsb (YY)" where
- the first "A" means that its an ability ("B" is used for buffs; "h" for human buildings, units; "H" for human heroes, ....)
- XXX are some numbers
- ":ANsb" means that its based on ability with code ANsb (storm bolt)
- "(YY)" is your name of the custom ability
- from this, the "AXXX" is the code of your ability

-> so for adding the mana regen bonus to description using the raw values should work this:
Code:
<code of your ability,DataAY> - for level Y of the spell

-> EDIT: the above mentioned will not work properly if you have for example 0.5 mana regen bonus, it will show only the 0, or if you have 2.7 then it will only show 2, etc...
-> this works correctly for me:
Code:
<code of your ability,DataAY,.> - for level Y of the spell

-> but again comes the problem when you have 0.75 for example, then it will only show 0.7 , till now i dont know how to show the second number
