Projectile coming from all directions of caster

I want this spell where the firebolt projectile will come out of the hero in all directions, one after the other in a clockwise motion, hiting all enemies w/in x distance of caster. Is this possible? If so, how?

as for damage just make a unit group within xx units of triggering unit then damage all the units in that unit grup
