PvP arena

Alright, I am Wondering how to create a PvP arena. Like you go inot a normal teleport and your instantly placed at an Arena. At the arena there is no Allys or anything... You know what I'm talking about.


Please help ^^

Trigger:
  • Arena
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit enters TeleportToArena <gen>
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Unit - Move (Triggering unit) instantly to (Center of (ArenaRegion <gen>))

Maybe something like this? I'm not sure what allies have to do with it.

I would have one trigger to move them and one to change to ally properties. (You could probably have them before in one)

What do you have so far?

    • Events
      • Unit - A unit enters Region 057 <gen>
    • Conditions
      • ((Triggering unit) is A Hero) Equal to True
    • Actions
      • Unit - Move (Triggering unit) instantly to (Random point in Region 078 <gen>)
      • Player Group - Pick every player in (All players) and do (Player - Make (Owner of (Triggering unit)) treat (Picked player) as an Enemy)'


Will this work? And if not... how can i make it work? What i want to hapen is that when u Enter a Region you Inctantly teleports to an Arena, When you are in the Arena You Become an enemie of all.

Also, is there a way to make it so when you leave it will all be reseted? Please Show me a trigger for that, thanks for the help :D

Your trigger should work without problems, as far as I can see. And then to reset ally status you can just do the reverse but ofcourse keeping the creep team as an enemy so you could do something like this:
Trigger:
  • Player Group - Pick every player in (All players) and do (Actions)
    • Loop - Actions
      • If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
        • If - Conditions
          • (Picked player) Not equal to Player 12 (Brown)
        • Then - Actions
          • Player - Make (Owner of (Triggering unit)) treat (Picked player) as an Ally
        • Else - Actions

And you would put this in a trigger where the hero leaves the arena region

Another thing... Want to make a Score Board in this Arena... Like when someone got 10 kills He has won. Guessing its something like this:

Trigger:
  • Leaving Arena 2 by Kills
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Dies
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Set PvP_Integer[(Player number of (Owner of (Killing unit)))] = (PvP_Integer[(Player number of (Owner of (Killing unit)))] + 1)
      • If (PvP_Integer[(Player number of (Owner of (Killing unit)))] Greater than or equal to 10) then do


And what then? How do i make the scoreboard? :O


Gave it some thought and made this... But i dont know if Game score is Like a score Boards.... or what it is for that matter!

          • Player - Add 1 to (Owner of (Killing unit)) Game result
          • Quest - Display to (Player group((Owner of (Killing unit)))) the Quest Update message: ((String(PvP_Integer[(Player number of (Owner of (Killing unit)))])) + Out of 10)

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
