How do I change Quest Info [F9]?
Do you mean the text and hotkey? I don't think you can change the hotkey, but the text can be changed in the Advanced - Gameplay Interface
If you mean making quests, check out the Quest actions in the trigger editor (GUI)

You have to use trigger actions, probably at initialization if you want to have them changed from the start of the map. There's a specific set just for quests, where you can change name/contents/icons about it.

I have reported it - I was wondering why nobody I have given sigs to over the last few years have used them

Ghan has said he has fixed this. Monovertex please confirm this fix. This was only a problem with people that had signatures in the upper levels like not the special members but the respected members.
