question about some words...

hello, i just wanter to ask ,what does "AoE, AoS, GUI" and other words. Please write the words here ,and what do they mean.

AoE = Area of Effect
AoS = Aeon of Strife
GUI = Graphic User Interface

Its easier to use than JASS, but more limited.

Area of effect explains itself.

AoS is a genre of map.
Games were there are 2 teams, and creeps from each side spawn and meet at the middle. And each player has a hero to get to the opposite teams side.

so AoS is a Map tipe? or im missing something?

Aeon of Strife was originally a Starcraft 1 map (Before DotA stole everything that looks a bit like an AoS =/). It's a map type yeah.

what does an "Array" on a variable do?

what is "boolean" ?

Array on a variable allows you to use the same variable for multiple instances.

Basically it adds a [] to the variable, where each instance of the variable is separate.

It allows you to do like,

Set Integer[0] = 368
Set Integer[1] = 389

Rather than creating 2 different Integer Variables to store data.

And a Boolean is a variable that can either be true or false, and nothing else. Boolean conditions are used to see if a Boolean is true or false, ranging from if a unit is a hero, or if a unit is alive, er...thats not a big range, but there are a lot of things that can be true or false.
