Question about sounds

What may be the best program to make a sound like "first blood", "killing spree", etc.? I need it. Thanks for ideas.

I don't need the "first blood." I'm gonna make my own but i still don't have the program.

Does Audacity have text-to-speech feature? I used it before but not for this kind of project.

I don't think audacity has text to speech software, however I don't think that would merit very good results for you as synthesized speech unless highly processed and works on rarely sounds like a decent voice, unless you want a robotic voice, in which case you would be making the text to speech software sound out the words so they are enunciated clearly, then vocode them, then do a lot of EQ/balancing so the sounds are played in a clear fashion.

Fruityloops version like 3 and up have various text to speech generators. You can download the demo at Imageline's website.

Frankly you should get audacity, record yourself saying the "first blood" and various lines in a deep kind of rumbly voice. Sure it feels and sounds silly at first, but when you add a little bit of chorus/reverb/bass to the sound clips, and maybe stretch them a little longer then the original, they start sounding more like some god voice, and when put into the game have great results.
