Ahah, I knew I was missing something simple.
This will do for now. Eventually I'd like it to encompass all players that were in the dungeon region. I think I know how to do that.

Trigger:
- Set Dungeon_Player[(Player number of (Owner of (Killing unit)))] = (Killing unit)
Trigger:
- Leave
- Events
- Player - Player 1 (Red) types a chat message containing -exit as An exact match
- Conditions
- (P1Loot <gen> contains Dungeon_Player[1]) Equal to True
- Actions
- Unit - Move Dungeon_Player[1] instantly to (Center of Starting Town <gen>)
- Events
