Rain and Aura

Hi i want to make skill , so when it is used it create aura that will increase towers dmg , can someone help me ?
And it should work in some preaty big regions , i allready have defined regions ,i only dont know how should i made it ? Thanks

just use the roar ability and change the allowed targets to freindly structures vunerable and invunerable.

Thanks that what i was looking for , now i need to make that when this abbility is casted it start raining and everyone see rain!

was there something like this you had in mind? Yeye, I made a trigger for you, but whatever

That way i made it but what if more of tham cast it , and at the end of trigger is turning off ,it wont turn of this weather trigger but the last one casted ;P
