Your triggers are very inefficient, try using some loops.

And your trigger works in the worst possible way. Massive if/then/elses aren't good.

Not to type/click them out, but you won't see a performance hit by using a bunch, as opposed to a loop with a nested if-statements (since the loop will iterate just as many times as there would be if-statements were they written out - in most cases). It's still not good practice though (writing out a bunch of if-statements, that is)
