Omg sorry, but that's just an awesome question if it's like in the editor <.<
Fully guided tutorial for users with a mouse:
1. Put your hand on the mouse, make sure your pointer and middle finger are aligned with the mouse buttons.
2. Move the mouse around, watch how the cursor on the computer screen moves accordingly. Move the mouse so it's over the unit you want deleted.
2,5. Find the long button on your keyboard called "space", notice this button is blank. This will let you select the "Selection Brush" if pressed down.
2,7. Apply pressure to the button making it go down.
3. Press the left mouse button to mark it (by default).
4. Find the button on your keyboard called Delete, place your finger on it.
5. Do 2,7.
6. Done.

maybe before 3. you have to click the "Selection Brush" by pressing down space. Or nothing will happen xD

Hmmm, I supposed the noobs didn't know how to deselect the selection brush :O
Updated tutorial. Wonders if it can get approved.
