Chicken Fingers

Ingredients:
- 5 boneless chicken breasts
- Flour
- 4 eggs
- Bread crumbs (homemade or store bought)
- Oil (whatever your preference is, I use vegetable)
- Cut the five chicken breasts into strips
- Mix the eggs in a bowl (like making scrambles eggs), and pour flour and breadcrumbs on a plate
- Dip the chicken strips in the egg mixture, then the flour and finally the breadcrumbs
- Put them plate as you finish
- Once all the chicken is breaded, pour enough oil in the pan you are using so the chicken strips will be about halfway submerged
- Fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown on both sides
- Once they are all done you can pat them down with papertowels to get rid of the excess oil
- Serve immediately
Note:
- This is Seths favorite, which suites me well because its so easy
- I usually side it with onion rings or french fries
- You can also put it on a sandwhich with ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onion
