As the title says I want to make a trigger that when a player right clicks a units then the action will select that unit for the player but can't make the event can some help me plz?

I found that very hard to understand, that is the way you worded your sentence. From what i can tell off the title alone you are wanting a trigger to make it when a player right clicks on a unit for a list of actions, or kind of like a drop down menu? Perhaps you meant just 1 action specifically like in Diablo II when you right click it cast a spell, or a town portal or something to that effect where you chose what you want the right click to represent rather than the basic movement it is used for. Please clarify a little before we can write a trigger out for your question.

Read that again...
He means turning Left-click into Right-click

This is most likely located in Storm.dll which cannot be edited through the world editor. You can only edit it for your machine. The easiest way to do this is with microsoft's intelli-point drivers. It does not matter what mouse you have, the drivers will generally work for all mice. For example, I tell the system that I have an IntelliMouse Explorer 4.0, but I really have a wireless mouse 5000 because the scroll drivers are broken for the wireless mouse 5000.
You can set any button on your mouse to represent whatever you want: Switching the left and right click.

Actually you can switch your mouse clicks in Control Panel > Mouse > Buttons > Tick Switch Primary and Secondary Buttons.

Again its only for that player though not for that single custom game specifically.

make a custom unit with no ability (not even move or attack) but the setrally ability. ('Aral')
if you select that unit you can place a rally point by right clicking, that would be your event.

you can remove the sound by importing an empty sound file, you can remove the model of the rally point in game interface.
