Just take a look in the doodad selection, see what types there are, trust me it will make your map look 25% more creative.

Ive used doodads before but im not great at making it look realistic or making it so there is to much or too little and stuff. Thats why im bad at doodads not because ive never used em.

I didn't change the Beastmaster skin much because there wasn't much to change. If you can't notice much of a difference, just use the old one--it'll work just the same.

I added an orange see-through suit of sorts that combines into a vest over his chest. Other than that, there is no real change.

Blake: Well i congradulate you on your skills as a skinner, but i think im going to stick with the original only because you can barly see anything different and i need the 73kb it took up.

I just made one for the sake of making one :D

I did notice that there isn't much to change. Axe Masters are cooler when they don't have armor :D

Agreed!

You think you could do something for the Swordsman??? Im think two custom skins for each side should be good, you? Since we have Marksman done for the Humans we need one more and we have one for the Orcs so maybe alittle something for the Rider? And then we could be done with skinning?

This is a skinning related question: Can you use skinning to add or delete that stupid hero glow? The Bards of NAoW have that glow, while some of the Champions don't -.-

I don't know ask Rinpun, BUT in WEU there is a trigger that can add or remove that hero glow to all units. Check it out. I'm using it on all of my non-hero unit skinned heros.

Yes, but the last time I tried WEU it crashed everytime I hit save. So I got rid of it, and decided it wasn't worth it...

try reinstalling it, but there is one problem i have, dont hit the edit map button! Just install WEU and then open the enhancer and the WEU after that and you should be in bussiness.

Well, here is the first version of a sword, alphaed out of frostmourne.

FYI, it's off of Frostmourne, so it will only work with Arthas (wielding Frostmourne)

I'll edit the Arthas skin sooner or later and fix him up for the rest of the swordsman stuff.

Don't know what to compare it to as im looking at it in 2D, but it kinda looks like, no offence, that it was made in paint.... But it must be better than before since you did it, i hope....

Good idea, using arthas to base off of for the swordsman skin! :D

It was made in Photoshop. I never use paint because it's harder to use :D

I didn't spend time depthing it. If it is REALLY needed, I will make it look cool. But as far as I know, for a tiny sword, all you need is one that doesn't look like Frostmourne with its jitters here and there.

Heh, he's the easiest one to base off of. Admiral has that stupid hat

Im almost done with the main orc camp and i was wondering..... ahh nvm.... wait do orcs only work under Milititarisim?

What are you talking about? They used to be a noble race until blood drove most of the race mad. Now the Orcs are a sort of hybrid, with a more Feudalistic system.

Milititarisim - A type of Goverment. Run by the Military and only focuses on building up military. In modern times is kind of off-limits for goverment types around the world, another reason why we are in Iraq right now.

BTW im still kinda waiting for some ideas... SO PLEASE HELP ME! some1 other than the 3 people who have been active on this thread, me, brokenX, rinpun. I mean it feels like im in a desert, lost in a desert with only them.....

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
