Screwed up attempt at a leap! Help!

I wanted to make my own attempt at a leap spell, and its all messed up. It doesnt increase flying animation, moves super slow, only goes about 1/2 the way. Plz. don't say, "Go copy the jump templates from the website!". I want to attempt this to help my understanding of triggers and basics.

Try replacing classify as flying unit with Unit - Add ability Storm Crow Form and Remove Ability Storm Crow Form to manipulate the flying height.

For the move distance just increases it to like +5. you dont need all that stuff

You're trying to create a leap spell with only one trigger? Not saying you can't, of course, but using a periodic trigger would make it look better in GUI. And the waits in your trigger...let's just say we don't need 'em. Check this out for an elaborate explanation of how the Leap spell in DotA was triggered:

Leap (A0LN)
Based on Windwalk with a 0.01 seconds duration.

When Leap goes into effect, set LeapDistance to 350+50*Leaplvl, then see if you're leaping to the edge of the playable area and if you are, cap LeapDistance to the distance between Mirana and the edge of the map (else you will get fatal errors or total loss of control of your hero like it happened in 6.01 with Tiny's Toss). Now, only if the LeapDistance is bigger than 100 (aka always except when on the edge) add then remove the crow form ability from Mirana, remove her pathing and make her have her walking animation, tell her to "stop", then save "DistanceRemaining" (LeapDistance), "OriginalDistance" (LeapDistance), "Angle" and "Hero" to the cache. Create a new function (1) to be called peiodically every 0.025 seconds, and set "Leap_InAir" to true.

(1): Recovers "Hero" "OriginalDistance" "DistanceRemaining" and "Angle" from the cache, set Height to be (1-DistanceRemaining/OriginalDistance)*400. Then if Height is bigger than 200 then make Height become 400-Height. Set Mirana's fly height to Height capped at 0 (so she doesn't go under earth on the last time), set her X&Y position to be 30 units away from her in "Angle" direction (with the exception that it is capped on being 50 units away from the edge of the map) make her face in the "Angle" direction, save "DistanceRemaining" to the cache, with its value decreased by 20 (hmm she is moved 30 units but DistanceRemaining is lowered only 20 ><), now if Height is lower than 1 and "DistanceRemaining" is not equal to "OriginalDistance", set "InAir" to false, make Mirana once again face in the "Angle" direction, set her animation to stand, restore her pathing, order her to do the order stored (more on this later), do (2) then destroy this trigger.

(2): Counts all allied heroes in a 800 AoE (this is from the spot that you're landing) from Mirana and for each of them: create a dummy unit (e01R) at the center of the map for the Owner of the enum unit, add an Endurance Aura (A0LO) ablity to it and apply a timed life of 10 seconds to it.

The Endurance Aura (A0LO) affects player owned heroes, has an 9999 AoE and gives +4%/+8%/+12%/+16% IMS and IAS.

Ok, since I don't want to explain this with too much detail, as I find this completely unnecesary: Whenever you issue an order to Mirana and "Leap_InAir" is true, save the order you have given to her with the Order Point's X&Y coordinates (if it had a target that was in the ground). Then when she falls from the Leap, make her use the order that was stored while she was in midair.

Since the spell moves you with Position X&Y you CAN cast spells mid Leap and their effect will come out when you're in mid air (very hard to do if you're not host though), but Elune's Arrow will not fire if you cast it to the place backwards to where you're facing (because forcing Mirana to face the spot every 0.025 seconds gives you very little time to turn around to be able to cast it). Casting an Elune's Arrow in the middle of the Leap while in -WTF mode will make Mirana fire two arrows, once for the time you tell her in mid air and the other one by the trigger when she lands. Since she is moved 30 units and "DistanceRemaining" is only lowered 20, this means that she Leaps 50% more units than stated in the tooltip (825 at lvl4).

On the other hand, I remember seeing a Leap spell somewhere on this forum. Might wanna check it out to learn a thing or two.

ok now that the whole For Integer A things fails, how should i do the up and down animation. I don't understand that whole Leap in DotA thing lol, sorry. Oh yea, on more thing, also the thing is targeted with an AoE thing, not just push button.

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart
