Some questions last things for my map!

Hello I'll try to explain good.

1. First question, how do I change experience on a unit?
What I mean is that you will earn different amount of experience when killing a unit by a Hero.
I will need it becouse I've made easy and harder monsters on my map.

2 Second question, my friend have made an arena wich it spawns monsters in and the monsters is walking around and looking for the heros as it should do. But theres a problem, the monsters attacks like 1-3 times and then they walk away to the first region. Can someone help me with that? I want the evil forces to not stop attacking.

3 Third question, after the arena the players will teleport back to where they were. I've looked on Angel Arena and tryed to copy with no succes. If you dont have a clue, it is that you should save the units position then "load" it or something and then teleport to it lol sry for bad english. x|

1. I suggest you use trigger for experience gain. Or else, you can go to "Gameplay Constants" and play around with the exp gain.

2. Hmm, maybe the box "Can Flee" in the object editor might stop this? I'm not too sure though, need someone to confirm this. If this doesn't work, best alternative would be by triggering.

3. Basically, you're trying to teleport the heroes back to their base or what? Just make a Point Array Variable and set it as your desired point. Move the heroes according to the player number or custom value (which you can set).

Ill take a look at gameplay constant.

I don't think they flee, it more think its becouse the trigger is an Order but how to i fix?;d

I dont want the hero to tp to the base, lready made that.
i want the hero to teleport back where they were, like if you've walked very long you will teleport back there. Becouse it would be very boring if you teleport back to town when u've gone so far lol

#3 You have to save the heroes position before you teleport him into the arena. This way you can simply reset his position after the battle.

As Glenphir suggested you have to use a Location Array.
LocVarAr[PlayerNumberOfPlayer] = OldLocationOfHero

    • Events
      • Unit - A unit enters MBSpawn West <gen>
      • Unit - A unit enters MBSpawn East <gen>
      • Unit - A unit enters MBSpawn North <gen>
      • Unit - A unit enters MBSpawn South <gen>
    • Conditions
      • (Owner of (Entering unit)) Equal to Neutral Hostile
    • Actions
      • Unit - Order (Entering unit) to Attack-Move To (Random point in HeroMonsterBattle Arena <gen>)

have you tryed making a trigger that orders like a few random creeps in the area to attack-move again? Maybe that helps :)

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
