If im not mistaken, a diffrent spell ID should make me able to use 2 of the same presets, without making the unit cast the 1st in line spell in game because else 2 spells would have the same ID

or something like that.

now I was wondering, how do I (and can I) change the spell ID or 'fireball' in the normal world editor? I do know that this is easily done in newgen, but newgen doesnt work for me. thanks for the help

Unless you like playing in your 2845943538 mpq files. It might be editable with mpqs.
But w/o NewGen, no Id selection. o_O

Anyways, what are your purposes?

Its orderid and it can be done in normal we two but only the ability channel has the field to do so

No it can't. Default ability orderid's are hardcoded.

Channel is an exception. You can use Channel, and change the orderid. Though the spell will need to be triggered.

Why should he disregard what i said in my first port in this thread because i said what u said exept the part about the other spel orderid hardcoded
