err.... i really don't know how to configure a Jass / vJass Triggers
everthing i'm doing in my map is based in GUI

I have made a GUI Impale-type spell here: http://www.thehelper.net/forums/showpost.php?p=1183029&postcount=8

You will have to alter the trigger to match a spell cast. But then again, were you expecting things to be handed to you on a silver platter? ;-)

Bolding emphasis mine. So, what you want is a spell that does damage in a line? That's all? Just use Shockwave, or alternatively Carrion Swarm.

Don't you mean. "An ability like impale but instead of stunning units its ensnares them instead."?

Just change the air time to 0, and damage to 0 and change the effects to ensnare. etc..
