Spell Problem - Random Nuke

Trigger:
  • Misc Slow ward
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Begins casting an ability
    • Conditions
      • (Ability being cast) Equal to Dark Faith
    • Actions
      • Set RandomTarget = (Random unit from SunderBlast)
      • Unit Group - Pick every unit in (Units within 512.00 of (Position of (Triggering unit))) and do (Actions)
        • Loop - Actions
          • Unit - Create 1 SunderDummy for (Triggering player) at (Position of RandomTarget) facing Default building facing degrees
          • Unit - Order (Last created unit) to Orc Tauren Chieftain - War Stomp
          • Special Effect - Create a special effect at (Center of (Playable map area)) using Abilities\Spells\Items\AIil\AIilTarget.mdl

Heya i have a problem with this spell.
The meaning is to choose a random unit, Create a dummy at position of Random unit and use War stomp on it - which can stun others too and then do some single target damage on target too. I am running this with a channel spell. The problem is that when i use this spell it happens to all units not just one random, My special effect doesnt work and the regular warstomp effect doesnt show neither. And i thinks this is the last problem - it also makes a dummy for each unit - and i forgot how you remove dummys?

That wasn't helpful at all. At least tell him where he leaks.

First of all, I suggest using the "Starts the effect of an ability" rather than "Begins casting an ability". Secondly, may I ask where the unit group "SunderBlast" is set? The reason the special effect didn't show up is because you created the special effect in (Center of (Playable Map Area)). Try this trigger.

      • Unit - Add a 1.00 second Generic expiration timer to (Last created unit)
      • Special Effect - Create a special effect at RandomTargetLoc using Abilities\Spells\Items\AIil\AIilTarget.mdl
      • Special Effect - Destroy (Last created Special Effect)

      • Custom script: DestroyGroup(udg_UnitGroup)
      • Custom script: RemoveLocation(udg_RandomTargetLoc)

I removed all leaks and removed the dummies in this trigger.

Sorry, freehanded. Basically, change the setting of unit group to unit group matching conditions. Then in the condition part, click "AND multiple condition" or something like that (I don't have WE now so it's roughly). Then for the first condition, under Boolean comparison, choose "Player - Player is an enemy of" and choose Owner of unit, matching unit, Owner of unit, triggering unit. Second condition, choose unit comparison, for the first unit choose matching unit and triggering unit for the latter.
