How can I make a spell in which when you click the spell you also learn the spell... just like in Custom Hero Arenas and Herocraft maps... Can anyone plz give me the trigger? Thanx in advance

Make an item with the icon of the spell, base it of manual of health and set health bonus to 0, then make a trigger that when the item is picked up the owner gets the spell...

But what if it was a spell inside a spellbook? and when you click the spell you can also learn the spell!!

Ah, then it will be based off an ability if it's in a spellbook, so, trigger it "Starts the effect of an ability, Ability being cast equal to X, Hero - Learn Skill".
