Well I've noticed with some spell, when i try to make the cooldown of a spell to 0.2 or somthing under one second. That some spells have an extra cooldown timer, right after the spell is cast. like when I press a spell, it activates, to the tirgger, then when toe cool down is finished, id have to waite a few more seconds before i can use it again.
But, if i were to move right after the spell is being cast its back to normal. Is this part of the chenneling of the defult ability i used?
is there a way to change this?
--example:
windwalk has no xtra cooldown, but when i used 'stomp' it has a slight after cooldown.
EDIT: another question. is it possiable, to make a spell have no cast time? like you can walk and windwalk without having to stop.
