Ok temp2 sould use temp1 and not position of unit2

Er, I don't understand what you meant. So I just did:

Trigger:
  • Trigger 1
    • Events
      • Time - Every 1.00 seconds of game time
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Set TEMP = (Position of Unit2)
      • Set TEMP2 = (TEMP2 offset by 5.00 towards (Facing of Unit1) degrees)

You made it Temp2 it should be 1
and insert Move Unit2 instantly to temp2
and insert this Custom script
JASS:

The event should be every 0.03 seconds, or a anything below 0.1 seconds.

Yes That periodic event trigger should be OFF
Then in the Other one dont run it Turn it on
then wait 5 sec then turn it off
If you done that post your trigger for the Final Touches

This is ridiculous. 0.01 works fine also. It's up to the user.


I suggest just do a AOE Entagling Roots. Periodic trigger is too much for beginner. Also, I'd suggest you to copy from an already completed, working trigger. It's much easier and faster to learn. Discussing step by step like this is too time consuming and can be confusing.

Vypur85 sory dont want to be rude but we all cant teach cake at once. We hav difrent methods. And .01 are you mad trigger execution is around .02 . Ok cake if you done that test it.

I just tested it, but the custom scripts had errors and stopped working. I used the storm ability on the creep and didn't get knockbacked.

Oh, nevermind. I just found an error to one of the custom script that it's supposed to be TEMP, not TEMP1.

Kay, testing now. :p

Ok, tested but the weird thing is, the unit I hit did get knockbacked but keeps going... and going, lol at this, how do I fix it?

Ah, that fixed it. :p

But even before I start to cast, it gets knocked. Should I change it to "Unit starts the effect" ? Dunno, I think it'll help.

And how do I make the unit get knocked at a fast speed rate?
