I would suggest not getting StarDraft. Instead get MPQDraft:

It's also at camsys.org and is basically StarDraft version 2. From what I hear it's much more efficient than StarDraft, and has far less bugs to it. Search around the camsys.org forums for help on MPQDraft if you need it as I (and more than likely anyone else here) am not familiar with it.

Ghan has said he has fixed this. Monovertex please confirm this fix. This was only a problem with people that had signatures in the upper levels like not the special members but the respected members.
