Unit - Create 1 Wisp for (Picked player) at ((Picked player) start location) facing Default building facing degrees
Else - Actions
Do nothing

First of all next time you post a code wrap it in code wrappings.

Next is you really shouldnt be taking other people's triggers specially when ypu have no idea what it does and how it works.

But anyway what this trigger does is spawns a wisp at the players starting location(Unit that spins and is a faint town hall)at the start of the game if the player is
A. a user(not a computer)
B. Playing currently

Thats pretty much it but from what im guessing it didnt work because you have no player start locations placed so place those where you want the wisp to spawn
