Switching between Melee and Ranged

In DOTA the troll ogre dude thingy. Switches between melee and ranged with a skill, how do you do that +rep to the answer

I think its kinda of modified bear form/metamorphosis (did you noticed that the other troll has more dmg and ms? its actually a completely different unit

You could always use the Attack 1 and Attack 2 abilities that each unit has.

Set Attack 2 as ranged ... then at the use of that ability ... simply make a trigger that switches the attack style between 1 and 2, and vice-versa.

a hero with two attacks have a blanked out attack indicator (unless its enabled via orb)

They use dummy spell with windwalk, detects when its used and they use "Chaos" to switch the units around

btw its "Troll Warlord" hes not a oger in any way

its an ability that switches out the current unit with another unit, effectively changeing the unit's skills / stats (not the str/agi/int of the unit, just the hp,damage ect)

Its used when blizzard changed all the orc units to chaos orc units (thus the name chaos) and its also used to change all tanks to barrage versions for the humans once the player upgrades barrage.

Ok, lets be more specific.

First you need to create 2 Troll Warlords, one ranged and one melee
Then Customize the Bear Form (Druid of the Claw) and give to the Ranged Troll. Set Field - Alternate Form to the Melee Troll
