i need help with making something that will display text like on (6)BlizzardTD i had a look at the scripting on it but i cant see how it works

i meen text that like hovers on the map
i need it to show the name of my heroes in front of them

I think you mean a Floating Text.

E - Elapsed Game time is 1.00 Second
C -
A -Create Floating Text "MESSAGE" at center of position of Hero

something like that. Depends on how you want it.
