The Goblin Tinker and the Firelord, where can I get them?

Yeah, what the title says, I'm pretty new to the game and I was wondering where I could get them. Also, I was messing around with the cheats and I used the cheat pointbreak for unlimited food and nothing happened, how do you use it, is there anything I have to do, like build more food buildings?

Just spawn units and the cheat should work.
Those heros are neutral, you need to find a map with neutral camps placed on them.

to add on to what the other person said, you have to go to the tavern which is usually placed in the middle of the map.

You need to set your map to TFT 1.21, if you like them to be buyable at the Tavern.

The easiest way to setting TFT to version 1.21, is to just log onto Battle.net one time.. You're warcraft will start downloading the Update(s) automatically then

the blizzard main site has a patch updater, taht will update your version of the game to the latest. You could always use that as well.
