And yet when I target a moving unit it wont be thrown to that specific position. I don't know why I dont know JASS. But thats what happens (for me) and I think that should be fixed, If this only happens for me, then sorry, somethings wrong with my WC3.

btw why are you using a skill that targets a specific person instead of an AoE? :)

i tried the demo map, and used the throw unit spell, but it doesnt throw the unit, instead knock backing it with no arc

Maybe he forgot to use crow form,
it also help if you lift a unit a little from the ground before you throw to prevent false groundhit detection.

weird thing. it works for me perfectly, with arc.
anyway, heres a new update, more values to get in the functions:
TTHROW_ThrowUnitAndDo(args)
TTHROW_ThrowAndDo(args)

now you can refer to the Z-angle and the speed.

an option could be given for homing projectiles(or another whole function for homing), because this is a projectile system, not a "throw" system, its name sohuld reflect what is really does

I really disliek your function naming, or rather, your library name, TS would be satisfactory I think

I think you should have used realistic gravity settings, 300 just screams "reality check"

it should be noted that this is not compatable with PUI, which most ppl will dislike I think

just looing quickly here, you could store GetUnitIndex, rather then grabbing it over and over

as opposed to chaning input values, it would be smarter to tell the user htey made a mistake

and that is just with ThrowAndDo

why is it not compatible? i think it uses PUI??!

well if its a normal value (9.8) youll have to use very low speed

minor update:
- new name
- small bugfix
- projectiles can't leave the map area now, so the game won't crash
- in the userfunc you will refer to the UnitIndex with INDEX.

I tried this spell, But it don't work properly (i hope).
When i have throwed the first unit, and cast the spell again, it just throws with the corpse of the first throwed unit? i don't hope that the way it is meant to be..
And when the corpse is gone it just says "WARNING: PUI - Bad unit handle"

thats just because you throwed the dead unit. in the example trigger i set the unit to throw to this preplaced unit and then kill it. and if you use pui for dead units with debug mode on its a bad unit handle.
uploaded a new version, the units fly better now. and you can set the start height for the units

I can't edit the triggers for some reason...every time I try to edit them, even If I disable and try to enable them, it displays error messages.

The erorrs shown for when I try to enable the CastTest trigger displays the following:

yes.
the map uses vJass which is unuseable for the normal editor. so you cant save. if you use the Jass Newgen Pack it should work

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
