Tinting Color not working?

Hello! I've got a problem with Tinting Colors.

It worked before but now for some reason it doesnt work.

Lets say I have a unit with tinting color Red:255 Blue:0 Green:0 but it still shows the original color.

Why is this happening or is there any option to enable it or disable?

whats the model of your unit? this doesnt work for all models, they need to be of a certain quality to do this.

It doesnt work for any model.

For example i'm using the brown barrel. Painted it red it worked but then suddently one day it stopped working.

It shows the color in the world editor but when i test the map it's the plain old color :S
