Toggle Spell trigger

Rather simple and straight forward question: Is there a trigger condition that checks if a toggle spell is toggled on or off?

A basic condition doesn't exist. But you can detect the toggling of abilities based on the orders issued, e.g. "immolation", "unimmolation", "raisedeadon", "raisedeadoff" and so on. The exact order string depends on the ability. After detecting this, you can set certain boolean values to be referred to later on.

usually toggle spells give some self buff. (not sure if all of them give) but immolation divine shield and etc give self buffs. Check for buffs.
