Tome Issue

Alright so i need to find a way to use a tome on a unit w/o showing the puff of smoke when the tome is used. Any ideas?

Go to Abilities - then find Item Agility gain (Or whatever tome it is) remove the art.
To check which ability to edit look at the very top field in the Item section of the Object Editor.

Edit the ability to remove the effect...

Thats not the part of the model I'm having issues with, its The Death of The Tome Model Its Self, it has a puff of smoke that i don't want.

You could always make a trigger.

[B][U]Events[/U][/B]
Unit - A unit uses an item
[B][U]Conditions[/U][/B]
(Item being manipulated) equal to (Your Tome.)
[U][B]Actions[/B][/U]
Hero - Modify (Your Attribute) of (Hero manipulating item): Add (Your amount.)

Event and Condition were off top of my head so might need something similar not exact.

Thanks ArmedCitizen, but sadly i checked all of the triggers, but this tome doesn't modify Attributes, It actually will modify damage. thats why i need to hide the model death.

Im not sure if this work but try making a trigger so that as soon as your tome is bought it is instantly removed... this may or may not work I dont really mess around with tomes much... Just a thought. Good Luck.

find the tome's ability in object editor
then remove the buff, and art target...

waaaks!, so you know, the problem i Had was the Death Of The TOME not the effect on the hero, if you watch when you pick up a tome and the Model Dies it causes a puff of smoke on the ground.
