Two Questions about Forces and Player Groups

Questions:
1. How do you set a Player's Force? (Example: I want Player1(Red) to be on Team1 and Player6(Orange) to be on team 2?)

2.How do you make player group variables which contain players? can anyone give me the trigger for this?
