One: How do you convert a image into BLP or TGA?

Two: How do you resize a image without leaving blurry (I'm using a 2000 computer, so its really old.)

well, I hear some people use GIMP, but my computer cannot download that.

You could sharpen the image after I guess... I don't know how well that would do though.

if i were u id use this program to extract images. u can extract as .jpg or .tga and can also take those to formats into .blp for Wc3.

NOTE: when i use Paintshop pro 9 to edit image i have to use another program (GIMP) to remove the RLE compression and put origin in bottom left when saving the tga!
