Umswe cannot start plugin

i don't know what's wrong but Umswe doesn't work... i try customize tile pathability but when i click OK this error comes

Cannot start plugin

then it only says OK so i click it, re-enter and the changes are made , then i restart editor, but units can still walk on the tile i edited it not to be able to. also this is vista and my computer (xp) got ruined and this worked perfectly with my xp.

but AVG found it as a virus, but i added it as a exception, and i reinstalled it, but it does still not work!

so what's wrong? i really need this.. (or i only need Umswe and no limits)

Try redownloading the package. Follow the specific instructions for how to dodge AVG's guard.

found out something, i can't enter Newgen Warcraft.exe tis error comes:

ongameload.dll error

could not hack game.dll. please post logs/ongameload.txt

and btw my normal wc3 is patched the latest.

EDIT: and i didn't dual install wc3.

NewGen WC is useless, unless your going to use those custom stopwatch natives.

i know this will be double post, but this thread is lost, none is looking in 2-3 pages to help someone , believe me.

i can't continue without this tool.... i srsly gotta get some help, but as i see, none know.
