Whenever I try to run any version of UMSWE 4.0, UMSWE 4.1, or World Editor Unlimited, I get the error message, "Unable to locate the target to patch". I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling said programs, to no avail. Any ideas on what is causing this and/or how to fix it?

Ghan has said he has fixed this. Monovertex please confirm this fix. This was only a problem with people that had signatures in the upper levels like not the special members but the respected members.
