Wireless internet issues

I recently got this wireless device: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicat...&cm_mmc_o=TBBTkwCjCVyBpAgf mwzygtCjCVRqCjCVRq and it was working just fine until about a week ago when a maintance guy came and worked on the internet, encrypting the WEP key. I do not have access to the router itself. After he changed those things, I was still able to connect but I had no internet. I would get this error message that would say "unable to aquire network address". How can I fix that?

also, i have warcraft3 on a flash drive and it works on some computers but not on others. Why is that?

By calling the maintenance guy?

Given you don't have access to the router and you seem to have no clue what that guy did, the best thing to do is ask him nicely for the pre-shared key or whatever he changed.
