How do you get a tavern, that can give 1 hero to a player, then once the hero is made, you cannot buy another hero from the tavern?

Unit - A unit Sells a unit
Conditions
(Selling unit) Equal to Tavern 0000 <gen>
Actions
Player - Limit training of Heroes to 0 for (Owner of (Sold unit))
