:( uhhh...i really want to do something like this for my map...i know that the wall is in doodads/ruins/terrain/ruinswall90/ruinswall902...but when i try to look for it in doodads...all i see is sunken ruins or dalaran ruins...is there even just a regular ruin? also...does both pathing and pathing texture needs to be none? u said u put a layer of destructables on top of ur walls...wat was it? plz tell me...plz!

Heh, if your still interest, I have an idea.

Make the doodads doodads, and when the catapults or whatever attack the walls, play there death animation and remove them, eh? Might work, you'll have to see. :p

but how do you do anything to doodads through triggers? I thought you could only do stuff to destructibles?

Yeah, you can't do anything except play animations, show/hide, and mute doodads.

Can't you make it a destructible, make it invunerable, or something, and then have it vunerable when certain units come within range, or target the ground under it? Or something?!

Thoughts from me.

Not if you give it no pathing and put a pathing block in, which you then destroy.

Hmm, but pathing blockers are destructibles...hmmmmm...

I have made a wall with the same model exept i made it with the unit editor! I just don't know how to make it so you can walt on it...

The file is too big for some reason so I can't post it... 599.9kb

Also, convert your screenshots to .jpg form, not .bmp form. Bitmaps take up way too much space.

I'm having the unit placing problem too. I even tried putting them on a normal bridge and it wouldn't allow me.

To solve the stacking problem you must make sure the pathing is set in the doodads to None.

This will let them stack.

You can then create Path Blockers(destructibles) to stop units from wall walking.
