Adding Skills to SpellBook(item)

1.) if you buy an item(ex name: blizzard) and you have a spellbook(item) in your inventory, item(blizzard) will disappear and a blizzard skill will be added in your spellbook

2.) and how to increase it's level by buying the same item

I don't think you can add spells to spell books like that, you would need to make all the spells in the spell book to start with.

Spells can't be added to spellbooks via triggers.

I don't know how you would go along with something like this
Except, multiple items.
