If it is done on a separate layer, you can just erase your mistake. Otherwise, just use the history. If you directly painted on the layer of the picture, then you can't really "anti-erase" without undoing the action. That's why there are layers, they let you erase parts of that specifically while not messing up the picture layer beneath it. =P
