Make the lines thinner and sharper. And make the shading and stuff more sharp and detailed. If you dodge and highlight anywhere you want then it will look like a water sack or some blob. Coordinated shading will make it look... well, erm... more coordinated.
The only problem is, is that soft light airbrushes = blurry. If it is at least 50% hardness then it should suffice, otherwise it will be blurry, and smudge can lead to blurriness as well.
Yeah, I use the same technique though. I just think how the shadows would look and plop them on there. And it sometimes help to look at pictures and see that shading etc...
I am working on getting access to the old news portal under a different URL for those that would rather use that for news before we get a different news view.
It is OK though for the main page to open up on the forum in the view it was before. As long as the portal has its own URL so it can be viewed that way I do want to try it as a regular forum view for a while
I switched it to a "Standard" article forum. This will show the thread list like normal, but the threads themselves will have the first post set up above the rest of the "comments"
