Help with ability editor

I have looked everywhere for the ability editor and I just cant seem to find it.
My object editor only has Unit and items avaluable for editing.
My warcarft is ROC 1.2 as a forenote.

ROC doesn't have any of the spell editors, etc. I didn't even know it had a unit editor.

You can create custom abilities with .skl editing though.
