and run a new trigger, which will have condition: Unit (whatever unit u need) is withing region (Not sure if you can actually do this, I don't have the program with me at school).

then another trigger for when unit leaves region, to turn off the add hit points trigger.

if u want to make it by a certain doodad though you have to use the region idea.
you can make it heal a percentage too instead of an actual number of HP.
On my map i had a special fountain that has a region that if you enter it immediately fills health and mana.
