Report Man killed in Pamplona's running of the bulls

MADRID, Spain (CNN) -- A man died after being gored in the neck during the annual running of the bulls in Pamplona, Spain, the Navarra regional government said Friday on its Web site.

The death would be the first in the running of the bulls since a 22-year-old American was gored to death in 1995.

The latest victim was in his 20s and was rushed to the hospital in cardiac arrest. He underwent surgery but died soon after, said the statement from the regional government, whose capital is Pamplona.

Um, people get hurt in this event all the time. You should expect a death or two. I'm kinda annoyed that people are frighting about this. It's too bad, really. But what can we do about it? Stop the running of the bulls? That won't happen.
