Reset the Cooldown of only 1 Spell?

Is it possible to reset the cooldown of a single spell, rather than all of them?
As far as I know, it isn't, although I'd like to find out for sure.

It is not possible

It is possible. Just remove it and add it again.
If it is a hero ability save the level in a variable, remove the ability, add it, and set the level again to the saved value.

    • (Ability being cast) Equal to Rapid Killing [Archer]

    • Set Interger = (Level of Storm Bolt for (Triggering unit))
    • Unit - Remove Storm Bolt from (Triggering unit)
    • Unit - Add Storm Bolt to (Triggering unit)
    • Unit - Set level of Storm Bolt for (Triggering unit) to Interger
