No

It's like armor, if you want to get the value, you'll need to remath every math made by Blizzard, get the constant value based on Strength, get item bonus, etc...

There's no way to accurately tell what's the life regen of any unit

I already asked Nes to do that on his Bonus system, but i'll explain it to you too
In case you pretend to know the unit's current damage because you'll trigger it up from 0-0 to 80-80 you want raw damage increase.
Item Bonus Attack Damage or something like that, works like a powerup

As far as I've seen triggering it up from 0-0 won't work as somehow the unit still deals 0 damage if I remember correctly, but well you can start at 1-1 and index the value that stores current damage as 1 so it's not that big of a deal I guess.
